Shipping

We offer flexible and efficient shipping options to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Below we explain our shipping conditions and rates.

Shipping Areas and Deadlines
We ship to all of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and certain European countries.

  • Mainland Spain: fast and efficient service with delivery within 24-48 business hours.

  • Balearic Islands: deliveries within 72 working hours.

  • Europe: Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal with delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Peninsular Spain:

Free: For orders of €60 or more.
€4.50: For orders less than €60.

  • Balearic Islands:

7.50€: One-time cost.

  • Europe:

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and are indicated on the payment screen for orders up to 5 kg.
If the weight exceeds 5 kg, we will contact you to inform you of the additional cost.

Pick up in store:
You can pick up your order for free at our physical store:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Remember to bring your order confirmation or your order number.

Special Conditions

  • Errors in the shipping address:

If you detect an error in the address provided, please contact us as soon as possible by writing to babyhippo.alhaurin1@gmail.com.
We will try to correct it, but we do not guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.

  • Orders returned for reasons beyond Baby Hippo's control:

If an order is returned because it was not collected or the customer was not available for delivery, the reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Special products:

Some products may be subject to specific shipping conditions, which will be indicated in the item description or during the purchase process.

  • Exceptional delays:

During campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas or exceptional situations (such as health restrictions), delivery times may vary due to the workload of couriers and our store.

Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
