Return Policy

We would like you to have a worry-free shopping experience. If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Term and Conditions

  • You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return.

  • Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or washing, and retain their original packaging, as well as any manuals or accessories included.

  • Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  1. Books, underwear (including swimsuits) and hygiene items.

  2. Customized products, except for errors or defects.

  3. Shoes

How to Request a Refund
Write to us at babyhippo.alhaurin1@gmail.com indicating:

  • Your order number.

  • The products you wish to return.

  • The option chosen to send it to us:

Options for Shipping the Product

  1. On your own: send the product to our address: Baby Hippo. C. Alcalde José Benítez Rocha, 1, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga.

  2. Return label through the Post Office: request a return label from us. This service costs €4.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

  3. In physical store: come to our store at C. Alcalde José Benítez Rocha, 1, Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga, and make the return directly.

Return Cost
If you decide to use our Correos label, the service will cost €4.95, deducted from the final refund.

Defective or Damaged Products
If the product has a defect or damage:

  1. Write to us at babyhippo.alhaurin1@gmail.com within a maximum of 3 days after receiving it.

  2. Please attach clear images of the defect or damage.

In this case, we will fully assume the costs of return and refund of the total amount.

Refunds for Activities, Workshops or Events
To cancel an activity, theatre or workshop:

  • Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your reservation.

  • If you want a full refund, cancellation must be made 7 days in advance.
